Before we ask for your company’s detailed information, we would like you to be aware of the following four policies that will guide your membership experience. Please acknowledge each policy, sign and submit your acceptance.

Payment Policy
Monthly payment of $150.00 is billed via recurring credit card debit. If your credit card is somehow declined, (it happens) we will of course notify you gather new card information. We hope that this never happens, but if any account remains unpaid in excess of 30 days, that account will automatically be suspended and subject to deletion.

Radio Interview Scheduling Policy
Full Membership includes 3 radio interviews annually. You will want to schedule your interviews once every 4 months, and must have a minimum of 60 days in between interviews. Scheduling radio interviews is the responsibility of the member, and we made it easy via a simple form on the Membership Information page of the Experience Pros website. Interviews may not be saved and forwarded to following years.

Conflict Resolution Policy
While the culture of Experience Pros is always to be positive, we do recognize that sometimes individuals find themselves in some type of conflict. In such cases, the individual members involved in a conflict are encouraged to follow the steps listed below:

A. Make every attempt to resolve with person/people in question.
B. If resolution is not agreed to, both parties may meet simultaneously with an Experience Pros staff member.
C. If resolution is not agreed to, parties may meet with professional mediator at their own expense.
D. If resolution cannot be mediated or requires legal authority, proper authorities may be contacted.

Cancellation Policy
We want you to be thrilled with our service. However, cancellation of your membership with Experience Pros is allowed at any time. If any account remains unpaid in excess of 30 days, that account will automatically be suspended and subject to deletion. No refunds are provided under any circumstance.
